VitaK BV is happy to announce three new employees. We will introduce them shortly for you! Jill Giera:
Jill Giera started in the function of Office Manager. She studied Director’s Management as well as Assistant Management. Additionally, she is certified as a Medical Office Manager. Jill organizes and supervises all administrative activities within VitaK BV, including first-line reception for the CEO Cees Vermeer.

Brecht Willems:
Brecht Willems started working as a PhD Student at VitaK in cooperation with the Maastricht University. He holds a Master in Biomedical Sciences, with specialization in Bio-electronics and Nanotechnology. Additionally, Brecht has certificates in Radiation Safety and Laboratory Animal Science. His thesis will focus on the newly-discovered vitamin K-dependent protein, Gla-rich protein.

Cynthia van‘t Hoofd:
Cynthia van‘t Hoofd joined our dynamic team of research technicians. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Biomedical Research. In addition, Cynthia has a certificate for Safety in Microbiological Techniques. Her main task is supporting the technical engineers in vitamin K analysis and immunohistochemistry.
